Currently a Director of Dale Farm Co–operative, Chairman of Neueda and a Non–Executive Director of Displaynote Technologies, Helen is a co–opted member of the Queen’s University Belfast Audit Committee and Chairman of Queen’s University Students’ Union Management Advisory Board. She was formerly a Non–Executive Director of the Kingspan Group plc and of the Wireless Group/UTV Media plc, as well as a Corporate Finance Executive in Invest NI, a board member of the International Fund for Ireland, a Director of Enterprise of Equity Venture Capital Group, and a Director of NI–CO.
Helen is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing. She was appointed MBE in 2012 for services to the community in Northern Ireland.
