AS COO, Louise is responsible for ensuring the operational efficiency of QUBIS and proactively supporting the CEO in the development and execution of the organizations strategic and business plans, aligned with the University’s mission and objectives. She is focussed on maximising the commercialisation and growth of the QUBIS portfolio spins outs, licence portfolio, and start –up and spin–collaborations. She oversees daily operations, improving operating procedures, and coordinating talent management and recruitment activities. Prior to QUBIS, Louise was a Manager within Deloitte’s consulting practice, her specialisms included operating model design and change management. She holds an MBA, and a Law with Economics undergrad. She has previous experience with large banks and start–ups.
