A Queen’s graduate and postgraduate, Rotha is Chair of Northern Ireland Screen, a Non–Executive Director of Northern Ireland Electricity Networks, a member of KPMG NI Advisory Board, and a Belfast Harbour Commissioner.
Rotha is also a Director of Ulster Garden Villages and Wildflower Property. Rotha was appointed CBE in 2006 and DBE in 2016 for services to the Northern Ireland economy and public service.
